4. Camp site營地 : Falls Creek, OK Pastor Don will do research for 2009 retreat.
5. Budget預算：$3,681.57 balance from 2007. Each church will offer $500. (Total 6 churches) BGCT will support $3500. Pastor Liu will contact Patty Lane 2 months before the retreat for the support funding.
6. Co-worker responsibilities分工:
- Finance財務: CCC負責
- Registration報名: CCC負責，報名表上註明醫護人員的連絡資料
- Name tag名牌：CCC負責
- Poster海報：劉牧師Pastor Solomon Liu負責
- Camp Director營會主席：傅牧師Pastor Fu
- Lodging & meal食宿：CCC負責
- Youth & adult Handbook青少年與成人大會手冊: CCC
- Equipment設備：Youth will bring their own equipment
- PPT preparation: Pastor Liu will prepare the information from all the churches ppt. Speakers will bring their own power point equipment.
- First aid: CCC will coordinate.
- Worship & workshop:
- Sat. afternoon joint opening ceremony開幕 & Ice break Activity破冰: 2:30-3:50pm向榮華人浸信會Bedford CBC, Pastor Liu will coordinate ice break
- Sat. 4:00-5:00 Joint Gospel message: 陳明輝牧師
- Sat. night週六晚崇拜: 布蘭諾華人浸信會Plano CBC
