Subject: Conference Call NotesDear CCBA Board Members,These are the notes for the conference call on Sunday at 8 PM:The call was chaired by Paul Wang, and attended by Finn, Tony, and Song. Here are the conference notes:

1.On behalf of CCBA, Paul welcome Finn and Tony to join CCBA board and thank them for serving CCBA

2.Each member briefly introduced each other, and followed by general sharing on CCBA's goal and plan for 2008

3.Agreed to communicate via email, if necessary via phones. Finn expressed his availability for onference calls from China. Finn is based in Taiyuan City.

4. Tony is residing in Las Vegas with a Chinese population of about 60,000 (several Chinese Churches).

5.A formal notice will be sent to all board members for next board meeting.If I missed anything, please feel free to add.Regards,Song
