2. 2/24 baptism: Sister Luo 羅春called Flora on 2/18 afternoon and said that she will not have baptism on 2/24 due to family reason.

3. Mission trip

• Flora will put the correspondence with the mission field on the handbook.

• Confirm China mission trip schedule: done

4. 2/29 Friday night fellowship

• Frances Leung, Outreach Project Coordinator with Asian Breast Health Outreach Project will come to introduce their program and also to educate women on breast cancer awareness. Office: 972-498-8603

5. 8/30-9/1 Joint Retreat: need to list needs to Deacon Board in March board meeting

6. 4/13-15 Chinese Pastors Conference

• Meeting place: Hyde Park Chinese Baptist Church
