Dear Pastors,

This is to confirm:
1) Pastor Don will coordinate and contact the candidates to help in the toddler ministry for the joint retreat. Pastor Don will contact Charlene Wiles who helped with last year's toddler ministry. Pastor Don will also e-mail to keep us updated about the progress of his coordination.
2)Yukon rental: Pastor Don will keep pastoral staffs updated about his contact details on the updated contract for Yukon rental as soon as he receives any further infomation.
