3. 3/28-30 Mission Conference:
à Tom Engelsman’s flight schedule: Arrive on 3/27 NW#411 at 12:18 pm, leave to Michigan on 3/31 NW#3470 at 9 a.m.
à Tom Engelsman’s flight cost: $308.- Check to be made out to “SEND International”.
à Pastor Jeremy Sin’s flight schedule: March 28, Fri, arrive DFW at 3:33 p.m. by delta 695. Pastor Paul will pick him up. Sunday afternoon 3/30 Pastor Paul will drive Pastor Sin to car rental place near the airport.
à Pastor Don will coordinate transportation, meals & lodging for Tom Engelsman. Pastor Don will also let Tom know his arrangement.
à Connie & Richard Lee will host Pastor Jeremy Sin. (confirmed)
à Mike will host Tom Engelsman. (confirmed)

4. Items to be discussed:

Ø Yilan English camp teaching materials: Pastor Don will be responsible to prepare.
Ø Joint retreat toddler’s issue

5. Date Reminder:
a. 3/14-18 Ski trip.
b. 3/15-20 Flora will be out of town.
c. 3/16 & 3/23 will be joint praise, then Cerina will give youth message in the youth room on 3/16. Pastor Don will give short message to youth in the youth room on 3/23.
d. 3/28-30 Mission Conference.
