出席Present：劉再生牧師(榮耀華人浸信會)、傅寶華牧師(向榮華人浸信會)、丁紹忠牧師(福和市華人浸信會)、章加恩牧師(布蘭諾華人浸信會)、王保羅牧師(佳樂頓華人教會)、寧思唐牧師(佳樂頓華人教會)、高方中姊妹(佳樂頓華人教會)

靈修Devotion sharing：劉再生牧師靈修分享Pastor Liu (約John10:1-18)

1. 福音專題講員陳明輝牧師Gospel speaker Rev. Chen, Ming Hui： 專題為〝面對苦難與生命成長〞及〝認識聖樂〞
2. 中文專題講員Chinese Workshop speakers：
-- 張聯光弟兄：目前在等簽證，4月份會知道結果(章加恩牧師邀請)(張弟兄將自費機票)
-- 若張弟兄不能來，章加恩牧師將邀請羅省國際神學院的袁石弟兄Brother Luke Yuan。大會將提供機票。
-- 王保羅牧師：專題為〝服事不再流淚〞

3. 營會場地Camp site：
-- Yukon rental: Rental agreement & $500.- deposit are mailed to First Baptist of Yukon today.
租約及押金$500.-已於今天寄出給Fiirst Baptist of Yukon。
-- Falls Creek: Pastor Don will reconfirm with Falls Creek administrative assistant Jennifer Hill to reserve the chapel, price for the food (7 meals, 2 nights, insurance) & meeting rooms, motel room. Pastor Don will provide the information to attending churches before 5/1.
Pastor Don將聯繫Falls Creek，確認教堂、會議間、住宿房間等的預訂，及伙食費及住宿費價錢。5/1以前將詢問所得之資料發給參與退修會之教會。
4. 分工Separation of duties：
-- 幼兒事工Toddler ministry: 材料費訂為$75.- for the supplies
-- 兒童事工Children ministry: 3 co-workers from SWBTS will be in charge.
-- 海報Poster: GloryCBC will finish & send out the poster before mid-May the latest. Registration fee, theme, workshop topics. Information will be provided to GloryCBC before 5/1.
-- 營會手冊Handbook: 鼓勵各教會於8/1以前e-mail給CCC教會簡介，教會活動、牧者心聲、照片. (2 pages of letter size兩頁letter size以內)
-- 破冰Ice break：Pastor Don, Pastor Liu & Pastor David will discuss in mid-May. Pastor Liu will coordinate the time of the meeting.劉再生牧師負責統籌及聯繫Pastor Don 和 Pastor David五月中旬開會討論。
5. 下次會議時地Next meeting：7/8 Tuesday 週二10:00am at CCC佳樂頓華人教會
6. 散會禱告Prayer：丁紹忠牧師Rev. Ting。
