2. Joint retreat
--Yukon rental agreement:
*First Baptist Church Yukon confirmed that they received the agreement & $500 deposit. The $500 deposit will be returned to CCC in about 1 month after the retreat after Yukon church deducts any damage occurred.
*They will mail back the signed contract to CCC.
*$1600 rental fee is due 60 days before rental date which is 6/30. CCC will mail the check before 6/27. Flora will e-mail to Cerina & Yan to take care of this.
*Cerina will mail check to: First Baptist Church Yukon 15 S 6th St, Yukon, OK 73099
--Falls Creek quote: Falls Creek will e-mail contract to Pastor Don. Deposit is due 30 days after contract is received.
*Registration fee: $90.- per attendant for motel, $70.- per attendant for dorm. (the fee is based on the quote estimate from Falls Creek)
*Flora will e-mail the registration fee information to Pastor Liu. Flora will start preparing registration form.
--Toddler’s issue: Today Pastor Don confirmed with Charlene Wiles regarding approval of $75 for materials for toddlers.
3. Yilan mission
English camp
--狀圍國小6月16-18日短宣隊英語品格營學校開放三、四、五年級上課
English camp is open for 3rd, 4th & 5th grade on 6/16 – 6/18.
--每天一個年級，二個班，每班人數20-30人
One grade per day, 2 classes per grade, each class has 20-30 kids.
--每日上午Every morning 8：40-12：00四節課4 classes(每節課40分鐘40 min. each class)
--學校要先知道School needs to know：
a. 課程大綱Teaching outline
b.是否會分組Will the kids be divided in small group？Pastor Don’s answer: Each day we will have 3 group.
c. 每組多少人How many kids in each group？Pastor Don’s answer: Each group will have about 15-20 kids.(主任會把合得來的孩子分成同一組School will put the kids who get along with each other in the same group)
