Dear youth parents親愛的家長,

A great hello to you! Thank you for your commitment in raising your teens in the truths of God. We want to be of help and in partnership with you. As such, we hereby invite you to challenge your teens to join us for our upcoming discipleship conference with Planet Wisdom.

向您們問好！謝謝您們在主裏教養您們的青少年。我們願意與您們合作，幫助您們。因此我們邀請您向您的青少年孩子挑戰，來參加即將來臨的根植智慧〝門徒訓練年會〞。

What. Planet Wisdom Tour 2008 is a discipleship conference filled with Biblical teaching, fun and meaningful interactions, and passionate worship.

事由：2008年根植智慧之旅是一項門徒訓練年會，內容包含聖經教導、趣味及有意義的交流和敬拜。

Where地點. Irving Bible Church (2435 Kinwest Parkway Irving, TX 75063).

When時間. Friday, February 29 – Saturday, March 1.

Please meet us at church at 5:40 pm on Friday February 29 (remember to bring a sack dinner). We will take them to Irving Bible Church, and on Saturday, we will be back to church at 6:00 pm.

週五2/29 5:40pm 於教會集合(請記得帶一份簡便晚餐)。我們將帶孩子去Irving Bible Church。星期六晚6:00pm我們將回到教會。

Why. To grow in Christ, fulfilling our purpose of maturity.

原因：在基督裏成長，達到我們成熟的目的。

Planet Wisdom Tour 08 is a discipleship conference designed to mature students’ walk with God. God can use our students in powerful ways, but only if they surrender their lives to Him completely. PlanetWisdom will give your students a vision for who Christ wants them to be and will equip them to be the world-changers that God intends.

2008年根植智慧之旅是一項門徒訓練年會，幫助學生們在與主同行上成熟。只要學生願意將生命的主權交給神，神能藉著祂的大能使用他們。根植智慧將給你們的學生一個異象，知道基督要他們成為什麼樣的人，並將裝備他們成為合神心意的改變世界的人。

Planet Wisdom is intensely dedicated to discipling students; all the elements of the conference will work together (a) to raise the relevance of the Bible for our lives, and then (b) to place us inside a culture of accountability so that what God says can be learned together and applied together today and also tomorrow. In fact, Planet Wisdom has provided lessons which we have been teaching over these past weeks to engage us with the coming conference.

根植智慧著重於對學生的門徒訓練，所有的內容將在於a)提升聖經與我們生命的關連。B)神所說的話不但能學習並且可應用在現在與將來。事實上，，根植智慧已在過去幾週提供我們一些課程以準備用在即將來到的年會。

Wherefore. This year’s theme is Become More. The Theme verse is 1 Peter 5:6 - Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. The cost is $50 @ door (remember also to bring money for Saturday lunch). We have included on the other side a schedule and a list of things to bring.

因此，今年的主題是 〝變成更多〞。主題經文是彼得前書5:6 5:6 所以，你們要自卑，服在　神大能的手下，到了時候，他必叫你們升高。費用為$50.-(記得帶錢買週六的午餐)。在另一面我們附上了程序表和需要帶的項目清單。

After Conference session I on Friday evening, we will be going to the Chu’s home for snacks and small group Bible studies, so that we can have a chance to discuss what we are learning in a setting the students to be real with one another. Thereafter, the guys will spend the night @ the Lee's home and the girls @ the Chu’s home. On Saturday, we will be back to church at 6:00 pm.
