Dear all:

Here are the suggestions for our youth's participation.

Step into Africa:
What: Cross-cultural mission/ministry focus caring for needs of starving and underprivileged
Goals:
· Educate our students to the world around them its condition and needs.
· Encourage our youth to live out their faith (James 1:26-27;Matt 25: 34-39)
· Prepare for their participation for the 30 hr famine 3/8-9/08. This experience will help focus the youth in their fasting and serving in their community. Help them to appreciate what they have and cultivate an attitude of appreciation for the privileges they may take for granted.

When: February 23 2:30pm @ McKinney 1st Baptist. (45minutes there & 45 minutes back 1/2 there 1/2 prayer)

How: Meet at Pastor Paul's house 1:30pm, Return 4:30pm
