2008年短宣前见证

以世人的眼光看, 出去短宣是劳民伤财, 因为对我们上班族而言, 休假是很宝贵的, 而且也不是随便什么时候想休假就可以的, 更何况我们往往自己出资路费, 那为什么我们还是会参加短宣呢?
记得2006年四月我作了决志祷告, 到现在正好两年, 我已参加了两次短宣, 即将参加第三次短宣, 为了写短宣见证, 使我回亿与思考这三次参加短宣的原因, 经历与收获.
为什么参加短宣
1. 祷告的结果 -- 第一次短宣
Mat 21:22 你们祷告、无论求甚么、只要信、就必得着
2006年夏天, 我刚信主还没有受洗, 教会当时正鼓励大家报名参加十月份的短宣, 我自己则计划带儿子”天天”回国看望父母, 在一次星期天的崇拜中, 我想是因为牧师的鼓励, 就做了这样一个祷告, “主啊, 我既已信你, 就当为你做些什么, 如果不能带儿子回国, 那就参加短宣吧.” 过后我并没有把这件事放在心上, 因为暑假带”天天”回国通常来说根本就不会是个问题, 大概过了一, 二个月, 有一天突然想起”天天” 转成公民以后还没有办护照, 一算时间已经来不及, 等拿到护照就快开学了, 然后就想到了那个祷告, 于是给牧师打电话, 牧师叫我马上给方中联系, 因为当天恰巧是报名的结止日. 这件事让我琢磨了好一阵子, 心里感觉很兴奋, 也很新鲜, 怎么会这么巧, 这位神真是够神的, 果然听人的祷告. 就这样我报名参加了第一次短宣.
机票定好以后, 我心里开始发慌, 刚信主, 对圣经几乎不了解, 还没有受洗, 本是被传福音的对象, 似乎把自己给搞颠倒了, 反倒要去传福音给别人, 好象大脑出了什么问题, 特别又想到在没有任何思想准备的情况下神突然让我认识了他, 并且非常不合逻辑和不理智的选择来到一个离家和公司那么远且没有一个朋友或熟人的教会, 在短短的三, 四个月做了那么多莫名其妙的事, 对不信神的人来说, 真的是很莫名其妙, 如果我的神经还是正常的话, 那这些事一定不是出于我的理智, 于是, 我跟神祷告说, “神啊, 你既然带我走到这一步, 那就请你带我走下去.” 尽管如此, 我当时心里仍然是恋恋不安的.
2. 神的呼招 -- 第二次短宣
Mak 16:15 他又对他们说、你们往普天下去、传福音给万民听
Mat 24:14 这天国的福音、要传遍天下、对万民作见证、然后末期才来到
从2007年初我就非常的忙, 当教会把短宣提到记事日程, 我已决定今年不参加, 特别是知道定在八月份出去, 更是让我望而却步, 我非常恐惧大热天回国, 没有空调, 酷暑的闷热使我身心极易疲惫, 所以直到报名结止日的前一天, 一位姐妹问我, 我毫不犹豫的回答说, “今年不会去.” 可是人算不如神算, 第二天, 在非州传道十几年的王光赐牧师的讲道让我感动不以, 特别是当他说到, “如果你有被神感动或心里闪现对神的意念, 立刻抓住, 不要犹豫.” 就这样我第二次在结止日那天报名参加了短宣.
当时我手上设计项目时间紧, 任务重, 所以星期一上班马上跟老板请假, 商量怎样安排我的休假但又不影响设计项目的完成时间, 老板劝我说, “你不应该做冲动的事情, 对任何冲动的决定应三思而行, 机票还没有买, 你是不是可以再考虑一下.” 我请他理解我的决定, 并告诉他, 我考虑到公司设计项目时间紧, 所以没有多请一天假去看父母, 但心中却为过门不入而内究, 打电话请爸爸妈妈原谅.
3. 顺服的回应 -- 第三次短宣
Jhn 14:15 你们若爱我、就必遵守我的命令
1Co 9:16 我传福音原没有可夸的．因为我是不得已的．若不传福音、我便有祸了。
有了前两次短宣的经历, 并两年来通过短宣, 神学院的学习和周日的听道与敬拜, 对神的认知, 并亲身经历神的爱与信心的增长, 我已经知道, 传福音乃是基督徒当做的事, 早已安排了休假的时间, 今年参加短宣乃是理所当然, 再说, 去年的经历和约拿的故事让我感觉如果是神要你做的事, 想逃也逃不了, 既没得逃那就是当做的.
短宣中的收获
1. 疑问的解答
信主之初, 我有太多的疑问, 短宣中于其说是给别人传福音倒不如说我自己得到的更多, 为了不耽误别人的时间, 在教会我常克制自己不要提问提, 因为对老基督徒而言那些早已不是问提, 但是在短宣中, 我可以很过瘾地得到问提的解答, 从牧师回答别人的提问中也获益非浅.
2. 信心的成长
Act 1:8 但圣灵降临在你们身上、你们就必得着能力．并要在耶路撒冷、犹太全地、和撒玛利亚、直到地极、作我的见证。
短宣中最大的好处是经历神, 平时我们不太容易在日常生活中感觉到神的存在, 在外传福音会碰到各种情况, 有时我们好象已经完全无能为力, 唯一能做的就是祷告, 圣灵的大能就在此显现出来, 局面会戏剧性发生改变, 有时不知下一步计划如何开展, 然而神的手会为我们把门一扇一扇的打开, 带领我们从广州, 深圳, 直到乌鲁木齐, 信心就是从这一件一件的事情, 一桩一桩的经历中成长起来, 又真又活的神对我来说不再是圣经中的一句话语. 而是一个真实的存在.
3. 经历神的爱
Jhn 15:10 你们若遵守我的命令、就常在我的爱里．正如我遵守了我父的命令、常在他的爱里
由于工作忙, 去年的短宣没有安排时间探望父母亲, 然而神却没有让我带着遗憾回来, 在北京的那个星期, 由于大部分都是小型探访, 基本都由牧师, 定国和梦蓓他们承担, 使我可以抽出几天时间去看父母, 感谢主的恩典, 竟然体谅我的小小心愿.
记得我在得救见证中寻问神, 为什么把我带到这么远的教会, 我能为他做什么? 在短宣中, 我得到了解答, 实在是神爱我, 并不是我能为教会做什么, 而是我自己需要他.
4. 新的生命
Jhn 14:26 但保惠师、就是父因我的名所要差来的圣灵、他要将一切的事、指教你们、并且要叫你们想起我对你们所说的一切话
Gal 5:22 圣灵所结的果子、就是仁爱、喜乐、和平、忍耐、恩慈、良善、信实、 温柔、节制
Isa 64:8 耶和华阿、现在你仍是我们的父．我们是泥、你是窑匠．我们都是你手的工作
回头思想两年前的自己与现在的我, 神的爱与教导通过牧师, 师母, 教会的弟兄姐妹身教言传, 再加上短宣的经历与锻炼, 圣灵的督责与教诲, 我实实在在的感到, 不知不觉我的个性与内心在改变, 不象以前容易焦虑, 不象以前容易发怒, 不象以前容易责怪, ……, 感谢主, 看到自己在基督里新生命的诞生, 主啊, 我乃是一个浑身缺点的罪人, 感谢你不离弃我 怜悯我 容忍我 爱我 教导我 主啊, 求你赐我敏感的灵, 愿意的心, 成为你手里合用的泥, Amen.

Testimony
On February 29, I was lucky enough to go to Planet Wisdom. Though I could not stay for the second day, I learned quite a lot from the analogy of a potter is to pottery as God is to His creations. Like the process of making pottery, we experience the steps to become a successful person, and to do that, we have to obey the Maker. Pastor Don always says that when you believe in Jesus, your life will begin to change and it is because once you let God be in your life, God will start to shape you into the person that He has always planned. So if you were rock hard, He will give you mercy and love to make your clay useful again.
As I listen to Mark Matlock explain the analogy, I wonder off into my own questions. “What exactly does God expect of us, of me?” “Is going to church not enough? Is just praying not going to cut it?” I have changed a bit since I have started to believe in God; I started to pray more, not just before eating. But was this not enough?
It isn’t enough, and it leads to the next step. After learning so much about God and Jesus for years, I hadn’t gone to the next step yet, because I don’t like anywhere other than my own comfort zone. That is why I want to serve at the Taiwan Mission Trip. Right now, I am still an unfinished pot that needs a task. What will I do for God; what can I do? I want to use the time at the Taiwan Mission Trip to show all the kids and adults there that believing in Jesus is a glorious thing, and I want the kids to know that I was in their position before, all rowdy and ignorant, but now I am a good role model, and they can become one, too.

因為人子來，並不是要受人的服事，乃是要服事人，並且要捨命作多人的贖價。」(可10:45)
但聖靈降臨在你們身上，你們就必得著能力，並要在耶路撒冷、猶太全地，和撒馬利亞，直到地極，作我的見證。(徒1:8)
28:19 所以，你們要去，使萬民作我的門徒，奉父、子、聖靈的名給他們施洗（或譯：給他們施洗，歸於父、子、聖靈的名）。28:20 凡我所吩咐你們的，都教訓他們遵守，我就常與你們同在，直到世界的末了。」(太28:19-20)
短宣的號角已吹響了很久，但我連連的無法寫出見證。兩年的短宣經歷，認為自己早已與主相約，無論何時何地，我都會跟隨主的腳步，邁向擴大神國之地。
然而在決心的後面，卻隱藏著很多自己膚淺的認識和意念，尤其是冼牧師在差傳年會的信息，就如及時雨沖刷著我靈裡的污泥。我埋怨時間長、項目多、太分散，我撐得住嗎？……等等。慚愧和虧欠直湧心頭……隆隆的雷聲和陣陣的暴雨聲，擊打著玻璃，但是主的愛卻暖暖傾注在我心靈的深處，遮蓋著我的軟弱。
主啊！我感謝祢。去短宣必須要認識神，認識自己、認識人的結局、認識神付出代價的沉重。神按自己的時間、旨意來使用它成為世人的祝福，孩子真正認識到去短宣的目的不是自己能做什麼，而是神先為我們死在十字架上，神聖靈在我們身上的作工。謝謝祢讓我重新認識祢。
主啊！我感謝祢，讓孩子醒悟，在順服中的軟弱，在順服中內心的爭戰，因為我順服的是天父，天父有愛、有能力、有權柄，豈能討價還債？
主啊！感謝祢，李弟兄的離世，喚醒孩子的沉睡。〝你年紀老邁，還有許多未得之地。〞(約書亞記13:1)躺在主恩典溫床上嬌生慣養的我，該起來了！

短宣見證
傳道者說:”虛空的虛空, 虛空的虛空, 凡事都是虛空, 人一切的勞苦,就是他在日光之下的勞碌,有甚麼益處呢?”(傳道書1:2~1:3.) 在傳道書開始的描寫,看似灰色的,宿命的言語, 卻在提醒我們一生中應該隨時追尋一特定有意義的目標。而這目標又是甚麼呢? 傳道書的結語也給我們很好的答案: “這些事都已聽見了,總意就是敬畏 神,謹守他的誡命, 這是人當盡的本分” (傳道書12:13)。 神的命令就是大使命, 及愛人。 我們在生命中, 隨時提醒自己要完成這兩項命令。
今年以來,常常參加或聽到一些弟兄的追悼惜別會,所以更加思考生命的意義的問題,這似乎是大哉問的問題,在我們基督徒卻應該很確認的事情—生命的意義就是大使命及愛人。當今年我有機會再度參加短宣, 這是神的恩典,這也是讓生命有開花結果的機會。我將我參加的感動寫下,更期盼再度豐豐富富體驗與神同在的感覺。
願神大大賜福短宣隊,讓我們有得人如得魚的喜悅。

大甲佈道屬靈原則
格拉森-大甲 佈道的屬靈原則 (馬可福音5:1-20)：
一、去！為什麼他們去到格拉森人的地方？(可5:1)因為連風和海都聽從了祂(可4:41)
二、明知世上有鬼怪，坦然無懼朝前邁(可5:2)，因有恩主為榜樣，吾等跟隨皆因愛。
三、世間污鬼皆鎖鏈，摧殘傷害在山間，只因未見主耶穌，萬靈下拜豈不見。(可5:4-6)
四、無論人落何光景，均有恩手來帶領，即使陳落污穢中，回轉便有新身心。(可5:7)
五、效法基督有權柄，救拔罪人離舊景。(可5:8)
六、不必懼怕鬼怪多，也不介意它叫群，只因有主權柄在，落入豬群吃豬食。(可5:9-13)

Jing Jie was considering going on the China Mission trip. I talked with her a lot about it.
I told her that if she was going to go, she had to go for the right reason - First to serve God and His people. In talking with her, we both agreed that she had mixed reasons for wanting to go.
Thus, we decided it best not for her to go this year. As you know, it takes time for a young Christian to mature - you can't force or push them.
We are glad that we can share this with you.

吳錦翠2008短宣前見証

新年的第一個主日崇拜回到教會，看到弟兄姊妹們心裏很高興，因為我有一段時間沒有回教會了，回到神的家感覺真好。第二個主日崇拜又到教會，崇拜完後，看到Mary，她問我是否要參加短宣，我說不參加，其實我早就想好今年不參加短宣。17號Macy’s經理突然打電話給我，叫我vacation，真是太驚喜了，作夢也沒想到會有假期。等我驚喜完平靜下來時，我想這是神給我的恩典。
剛好一月份方中教主日學，說要學會寫靈程札記，靈程札記就是把自己想要對神說的話跟神說，以此親近神、靠近神。我就對神說：「主啊！您在這個時候給我的是一個驚喜，還是您的呼召？」二月份夢蓓教主日學，說到〝神的兒子，耶穌基督，呼召的主〞。其實主每時每刻都在呼召著我，就看我願不願意聽從主的呼召。主啊！在我的心裏有太多太多的負擔，擔心這個、擔心那個。〝若有人要跟從我，就當捨己，背起他的十字架，來跟從我。〞(馬太福音16:24)主對我說：「我的恩典夠你用的，因為我的能力是在人的軟弱上顯的完全。」所以我更喜歡誇自己的軟弱，好叫基督的能力覆庇我。 (林後12:9)這兩段經文給了我很大的鼓舞，也是我的精神支柱。參加短宣吧！還猶豫什麼呢？
主啊！記得24年前，您把我帶到蘇里南，在那裏讓我認識了您，15年後您把我帶到美國，接受洗禮成為基督徒。回顧我的一生，在外遇到困難和挫折時，您都及時的伸出援助之手，慈悲的天父天天都看顧，更為世上的人預備了永生的路，讓我們在這條永生的路上繼續堅持走下去。阿們！
新年的第一個主日崇拜回到教會，看到弟兄姊妹們心裏很高興，因為我有一段時間沒有回教會了，回到神的家感覺真好。第二個主日崇拜又到教會，崇拜完後，看到Mary，她問我是否要參加短宣，我說不參加，其實我早就想好今年不參加短宣。17號Macy’s經理突然打電話給我，叫我vacation，真是太驚喜了，作夢也沒想到會有假期。等我驚喜完平靜下來時，我想這是神給我的恩典。

Kristian's testimony 2008 mission trip
My Testimony
After my exhausting day at the 30 hr famine, I realized that it was very ironic that I was helping out the African children with aids. The Africans may need more physical attention than the Taiwanese people do, but the isle of Formosa has the most amounts of idols. They are basically condemned to eternal burning in hell. Most of them have never even heard of Jesus Christ! I have physically shared their Spiritual hunger, so I partially know how they feel, But I know that spiritual hunger is causes much more agony then physical hunger. God has blessed me with a family that is very spiritual. Except right now I don’t feel like writing this. I pray earnestly that I may concentrate on this. I also wish to clear out my mind of the little things that I view of great importance at the moment. I hope God will allow me to open my eyes through this trip and think what is really important in my life. Also I want God to help me be humble and increase my thirst for him. Recently my health is not well and I have been very ornery to some of my friends. I hope the trip will foster me in good loving Christian group of friends. Even Though Jesus has tells us to ask, seek, and knock, I feel very demanding each time I beg him for something, or tell him that I will do something and I don’t. When I ask for forgiveness, I sometimes still have a bad feeling. So at this trip, I ask God to forgive me of my past sins and my coming ones. I think that this trip will be influential to me and to anyone who goes as the last trip was. Walking side by side with God is always an amazing experience!

Kirsten's testimony
Several people from our youth group went to go see a church with a built-in African "village". All the youth who went in were guided through different children's lives. I was brought into the life of a girl whose name was Methabo. Her father left her family when she was young, leaving her mother to raise a family with Methabo and her older brother. Life was hard; Methabo often had to sell coal on the side of the road to make a living. The coal she sold in one day could only sum up to around fifty cents. After awhile, Methabo found her mother missing and learned that she had left home to go to the south to make a living. She finds herself alone with her older brother who abuses her everyday, and later also leaves her alone. Alone and frightened, Methabo faces difficult and dangerous nights everyday in her insecure house. In the neighborhood she lived in, many young girls get harassed at night. If she was not careful, she could get kidnapped and face a terrible fate. Fortunately, her neighbor, who was in the WorldVision organization that aids poor African children, had compassion on her and took her in. The neighbor brought her to church and gave her an education. Methabo is now a teacher who helps her native land’s helpless and poor children.
Through the 30 hour famine, I felt a fraction of what African children feel like when they starve; and the fact that we know we'll have food after 30 hours comforts us, but not the African kids. There are some who live everyday without knowing when their next meal will be. During the first night when I just started the famine, I was constantly thinking about food and how hungry I was. Every time I saw someone I knew, I complained about being hungry, to the point where I can’t bear it. I still had a long way to go at that time, and I was already complaining so much! I didn’t get much sleep that night because the air condition’s temperature was set low. By the time I finished my community service the next day, I was exhausted and without energy. I couldn’t really help but to think about food. Since I was so concentrated on being hungry and thinking about food, it took me the greatest effort to even speak. Wow, I thought, the African kids must have it really tough…. I can understand now a little about how they feel when they starve for way more than 30 hours. It’s nothing compared to Jesus, of course, who went without food for 40 days, but I’ll try hard to follow after him and be like him. I will go to Taiwan to be like Jesus and be friendly and give the people who haven’t met Jesus a chance to meet him.
Last year I went to Taiwan and saw that the kids in Taiwan don’t really lack anything that is physically essential. They have food and water, they have clothes to wear, they have shoes, they have roads to walk on—not dirt, they have nice shelters, too, but many lack Christ in their hearts. I would be willing to help even a little bit to create sparks of passion for Christ in their hearts, and make them realize that it is Jesus who is the most important need in their lives. I hope that we’ll be patient like Pastor Liu, who kindly hosted us last year at her church, and be merciful and loving, like her and other members of that church, towards the children.
